Meet the Team
Sharon Aston
Sharon has been with us since 2006 starting as a carer while she was at University and working her way up to Manager in 2009. Sharon is based in our office at Sabrina House and over sees the day to day running of the company. Sharon promotes a friendly, transparent working environment and is constantly striving to improve the quality of life for the people we care for.
Bev Firman
Bev is based in the community providing care for people in their own homes and also works out of hours on call so is often there to help with any queries. Bev is one of longest serving staff members and has been with us since 2005. Bev was one of the finalists in the 2010 Shropshire Care Awards and works to a high standard always offering a smile and a friendly face.
Marie Jarvis
Marie is based in both the community providing care for people and the office co-ordinating our team via our CM200 software system. Marie has excelled since starting with us in 2014 and will always go the extra mile, accepting nothing but the best for the people we care for. Marie is also one of our on call team and is always quick to come up with solutions.
Linda Jones
Linda has been with us since 2003 and predominantly works in the community providing care. As well as this Linda conducts our care reviews with our clients ensuring that they are happy with the service they are getting and helping with any concerns they may have. Linda also conducts spot checks on our staff in the community incorporating Shropshire Partners In Care checks to protect system to ensure staff are working to a high standard.
