We have been very busy through February with new packages and new starters.

Very impressed with Gemma this month who has taken the initiative to download an app on her phone to help her communicate with one of our none English speaking service users. Lovely to see her going the extra mile.

Linda has been out spot checking and completing her check to protect on infection control making sure standards are maintained.

In the home we have been enjoying our weekly visits from the harpist and the residents have enjoyed having a go themselves.

Then they have all still found the time to decorate the office in balloons and help me celebrate my birthday! I feel privileged to work with such an amazing bunch!
