Throughout this strange and difficult time we want to assure all our staff and service users and their families that your safety remains our highest priority.
We have an amazing team of workers who are all teaming together to make sure everyone we care for has what they need and are safe.
At present we are keeping the carers in the home and community separate and our registered manager is overseeing things day to day from home as well as carrying out care in the community.
Visitors are not able to come into the home at present but are invited to write, phone or facetime instead.
In the community we would urge family and friends to not visit high risk people that we look after unless it is absolutely necessary. By doing this you are potentially putting them at risk as well as the carers and other people that carer needs to visit. If you are concerned about your family member that we are providing care for please contact us on 01743 233832 and we will do whatever we can to put extra care in and ensure they are well taken care of.
For those who are cancelling their calls due to self isolation, we appreciate this and will respect your decision and please keep us updated if there is anything you need. Remember we are happy to adapt even if you just want us to drop shopping on your door step.
We ae following all government guidelines at this time and will continue to do so as the situation changes. For more information click on the links below.
